Ambassadors of Compassion

Our youth are facing a mental health crisis. The 2023 CDC Youth Risk Behavior Survey validates the crisis and states that building emotional resilience and connection are primary protective factors for promoting positive/healthy behaviors and preventing suicide.

That is exactly what Bay Area Rotary Clubs and Ambassadors of Compassion are doing. We are working together to provide evidence-based programs that promote emotional resilience and connection; removing the obstacles preventing middle and high school students from reaching their full potential. Nearly 100,000 students have completed these independently measured programs proven to reduce anxiety, depression, self-harm, and suicidal ideation while fostering resilience, self-management, and connection; equipping and empowering students to succeed academically, in the workplace, and in life.
