Club Adds Hardscape to NorthMarin Community Services

Rotary Club of Ignacio helped NorthMarin Community Services to hard-scape their headquarters. The center had grass growing around the exterior of the building. The Novato Fired Department recommended that they replace the grass with stones to save water and make it more fire-safe. A dozen club members turned out to pull out the grass, flatten the yard, put down ground cloth and add gravel all around the building. Hard work. But a long-term benefit for the center. Members are shown working and in front of the completed area.
